Brothers Phil Streng and Steve Streng saw incredible possibilities when they first visited 13403 Silva Ranch Road. The convenient location, spectacular setting, fertile soil, abundant water, mature vineyard, and incredible hilltop views gave them a vision of what could be. Growing up and following in the footsteps of their father and uncle who built the popular Mid-Century Modern Streng Bros. Homes, the brothers combined their talents to improve the vineyard, build a spectacular 5,116 square foot modern home and wine cellar, and restore the Red Dog Saloon. Phil Streng, of Streng Construction company, spent the last year and a half demolishing most of the old residence and the saloon, and then meticulously rebuilding a larger contemporary home and restored saloon.
